1. There are two ways to install the vacuum pump of the vacuum packaging machines, one is the built-in type, usually XD-020, XD-040 single-stage rotary vane vacuum pumps, and generally the 400 type packaging machine uses XD-020 pumps. The other is an external type, usually a 2X-15 two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump. This pump has a faster pumping rate and a higher vacuum than a single-stage pump. It is generally suitable for large production batches and higher vacuum requirements. Install outdoors to reduce exhaust pollution.
2. The vacuum gauge is usually axially forward and installed on the operation panel or on the front of the fuselage. It is usually ￠60 gauge with an accuracy of 2.5; ￠100 gauge with an accuracy of 1.5.
3. Two vacuum solenoid valves are usually used, one is ￠5 two-position three-way solenoid valve, which is mainly used to control the upper and lower displacement of the hot-pressing sealing device.
