Thermoforming packaging machines generally have the problem of heating and cooling plastic film. The choice of thermoforming method will affect the quality and productivity of the package. The thermoforming method can be divided into the following according to the different force during molding. Several kinds:
In the air pressure forming method, the air pressure forming method generally uses a difference in pressure difference between the two sides of the film which is softened by heating, and is generally divided into two types: a vacuum blister type and a compressed air type.
Die forming method, the die forming method generally uses a film which is preheated and softened, or the mold itself is directly heated between the gold convex and the concave mold, and the mold can be re-cooled and shaped according to the closed molding of the mold. High efficiency, precise molding, and the ability to form large-sized containers such as plates and cups.
The heat sealing method uses a roll type or a plate type method for heat sealing of polyvinyl chloride and aluminum foil. The aluminum foil is coated with a hot melt adhesive, and the heating temperature is generally 100 to 130 °C. If the temperature is too high, the container will be deformed, which will affect the packaged product. If it is too low, the adhesive will not be fully melted, which will affect the bonding strength. Therefore, in order to improve the bonding strength and beautify the appearance, a net pattern or a dot pattern is engraved on the heat sealing roller or the heat sealing plate.
